True self-care does not mean a day at the spa
Healthy lifestyle habits are self-care. What you put into your body, what you read, who you choose to hang out with are all forms of self-care. Self-care can be 10 minutes of breath work before entering a busy household or remembering to take your vitamins. For me it’s getting outside, healthful food, daily movement, mindfulness, uninterrupted sleep and bioidentical hormones. I am an enthusiastic health advocate for those who want to reclaim control over their well-being. I became an integrative health and wellness coach because I enjoy sharing health tips with others while supporting them to find ways to integrate healthy habits into their lives. I love hiking and yoga, growing flowers and vegetables, and reconfiguring recipes using healthier ingredients.
